Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must remain unused and in original sealed packaging
• Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items received
• Opened products are not eligible unless a manufacturing defect exists

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order details
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our support team will carefully review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through:

• Bank transfer for online or bank payments
• Store credit for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
• Clearance sale or special discount items (unless defective)

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the return is due to:

• Defective products
• Wrong item delivered
• Damage caused during delivery

then Al Raza Crop Sciences will arrange product collection at no additional charge.
